Joe Burgess

Joe’s journey with The Ranch began back in 2019 while he was still a student. After graduating, he officially joined the team in 2022, working with us for a year before heading to London to explore new opportunities and expand his experience.

Now returning as a more seasoned and refined engineer, Joe brings a versatile skillset and a relaxed, personable approach to every session. His ability to work across genres is matched by his drive to contribute creative flourishes that elevate each project.
